Every project reaches a point where the owner, the architect, and the creative team are each solving for something different: budget, buildability, story.

Closing that gap means translating AV requirements into terms a client can act on, turning a designer's vision into something an architect and scenic fabrication can build to, and keeping every party working from the same plan. That is coordination work that JLG Insights was built to do.

The Show Goes On

The Show Goes On

Live production runs on a simple rule: whatever happens, the show must go on. Jenn’s early years in theater instilled this philosophy, and is now applying it in an arena where liability and scope matter just as much as the creative outcome.

Between Concept and Opening Day

JLG Insights is brought onto projects that need more than the team has in place, at either end of the work. Some begin from a blank page, with blue sky thinking, concept development, and schematic design. Others are already in motion and have run into complications, where the work might mean resetting a partnership that has stalled, tightening how a team communicates, or driving final project delivery and installation.
