About Jenn Grutza

Through JLG Insights, Jenn directs complex visitor experience projects across exhibition design, themed entertainment, and immersive experience, carrying them from early design phases through construction, install, and commissioning. Her work moves from the RFP process and design details into the job site itself, where she coordinates AV integration and fabrication alongside architecture, MEP and integration teams as construction moves forward.

Jenn's path started in performing arts, and museum visitor services, stage managing and producing productions, touring shows and live events while running visitor operations for institutions like The New York Historical, before moving into production management at Brooklyn Academy of Music. During BAM Strong's major theater renovation, she served as the primary liaison between architects, contractors, and internal teams, and her focus shifted from producing what happens on a stage to producing the systems, teams, and relationships that get physical spaces built.

“Jenn brings extensive technical experience to early project planning and tracking, enabling a broad coalition of designers and engineers to make rapid and confident progress, despite the usual twists and turns.”
